The role of cycling in your life?
Ever since I was little, it was my favorite hobby, and today I see it as a new way to enjoy life and discover new places.

Your favorite trip?
I have two incredible memories, the first is a trip to Chile when I decided to travel by bicycle for the first time. Then there was my discovery of the Loire Valley by bike, and that’s when I knew for sure that the bike would be my partner during my next trips.

A travel anecdote about you?
During my trip to the south of Chile to watch whales, we unfortunately gave up hope of seeing one of these majestic creatures after five hours of sailing and decided to turn back. Just then, a fin whale – the second largest in the world – burst through the surface right before our eyes. Our guides said they hadn’t seen anything like it in years.

Your favorite French region and why?
The Loire Valley is undoubtedly my favorite region because it offers a wealth of culture and heritage that is unprecedented in French history, as well as breathtaking landscapes. Well, let’s not forget the region’s unforgettable gastronomy and wines.

A must-try French specialty?
For me, bœuf Bourguignon is a must because it transforms basic ingredients into a tasty dish, perhaps thanks to the French wine we add to the recipe?

A hidden talent?
I like to think I’m good when I play my guitar, but it’s not always the opinion of others. But I’m trying to improve.
