Ride Manager
The role of cycling in your life? Important, to say the least. Starting out as a competitor, the cycling adventure quickly became a way of life and the starting point for many relationships, learnings and experiences, leading up to what is now my profession!
Your favorite trip? A loop around Spain to visit the different natural parks and take in the diversity of terrain, landscapes and cultures. But every trip has its own favorites…
A travel anecdote about you? On a trip to Mongolia, I had decided not to ride a bike. But I couldn’t resist and someone managed to find one for me. I ended up pedaling across the steppes, but not very far, as I’d rarely seen a bike in such poor condition.
Your favorite French region and why? Anjou is my home region and I love coming back to enjoy the banks of the Loire and its castles… even if it lacks a little relief.
A must-try French specialty? The first thing that comes to mind is the variety and tradition of cheeses. But for something a little sweeter and more authentic, I like to mention Tarte Tatin.
A hidden talent? I love everything related to nature and wood, and I did a lot of DIY when I was a kid. For instance, I know how to make things on a wood lathe, like honey spoons.
