Hotel du General d'Entraigues

In town, situated in front of the Eveche, the cathedral and the "windowed" bell-tower, the Hotel d'Entraigues is assembled around a panoramic terrace and some private houses of the 17th and 18th centuries, which together form a quiet and privileged place.

The hotel, originally built by an aristocratic family in the 15th century was later restored in the 17th century and remains today the best hotel in the charming town of Uzes. The restaurant offers a panoramic restaurant and calming ambiance. 34 rooms are all very comfortable and equipped with air conditioning.

The gastronomic restaurant "Les Jardins de Castille" is located on the terrace in summer or under the arches in winter. It offers the great traditions of "Cuisine Provencale".
